Group BookingBooking of 10 or more passengers record must be made by JAL Reservation System.
Group bookings not directly related to a customer request are considered speculative bookings, and are subject to cancellation and/or penalties.
Creating scatter bookings (multiple records that should have been booked as a group) are subject to cancellation and/or penalties.
Confirmation of additions will be subject to availability.
Names must be submitted on/before 45 days before departure.
Name change is permitted without restriction before the tickets are issued.
Follow the instruction from JAL on booking of deviations and other carriers segments, if applicable.
The one International flight must be on JL metal.
Group FareExisting published or private may not always be allowed for a group booking.
Applicable fare, including rules and conditions, must be negotiated for each group.
Applicable fare, including rules and condition, for additional booking is subject to negotiation for each addition.
Group deposit Payment / Ticketing Schedule
|Confirmed on/before 29 days before departure||JAL will collect deposit of $100 (economy), $300 (business) or $500 (first) per seat within 10 Group Desk business days after confirmation. Full payment must be made by 21 days before departure.|
|Confirmed between 28~8 days before departure||Full payment must be made or tickets issued within 7 Group Desk business days or per fare rule. Tickets must be issued by 7 days before departure.|
|Confirmed within 7 days before departure||Must be ticketed within 24 hours.|

Passive bookings must match the active segments in JAL system, and must be removed at least 24 hours before departure.
Name change is not allowed after ticketing. Cancellation penalty will apply to name change, and confirmation for the new passenger is
subject to availability.
Unless otherwise specified, no changes or refunds after ticketing.
